The four receivers at the top of this list are provided free to the amateur radio community by Joeri Van Dooren and the RF.Guru team in Belgium, and they deserve a special thank-you.
All four run at the same coastal site at Lombardsijde (JO11), two metres below sea level in a floodlit urban park with height-restricted masts, which is about as unfriendly a receiving location as you could pick. Each SDR is fed by a different production RF.Guru antenna: the TerraBooster loop-on-ground, the EchoTracer wideband E-probe, the OctaLoop shielded magnetic loop and the compact OctaLoop Mini.
Because they share one site and the same hardware, you can flip between them on a marginal signal and hear for yourself how an E-probe, a shielded loop and a loop-on-ground disagree. That is a rare and generous thing for a manufacturer to do: put its own products online, in a difficult location, and let PSKReporter and the listeners judge.
Their coverage maps and live spots archive are at sdr.rf.guru and spots.rf.guru. Thank you, RF.Guru, for keeping these running for all of us.
No account or licence is needed to listen; Expect a “not secure” browser warning, as they are plain-HTTP KiwiSDR/Web-888 receivers, which is normal.
